1. "I am descended from Thomas Prentice (or Valentine Prentice, etc.). Is everything which is in the E-book also in the hardcover book?"

Answer: The contents of the hardcover book contain the information we had in 1997. Since then, quite a bit of new information has been discovered which is not in the hardcover book but is in the E-book.

2. "What is the price of both kinds of books?"

Answer: The E-book prices are set out above. The hardcover book is $65. About $7 of the additional cost for the hardcover book is because it is sent by the Post Office's Priority Mail; there is no cost to send the E-book because it is sent as an email attachment.

3. "If I ordered one of the books, would I get all the Prentice lines: Henry, Thomas, William, Valentine and others?"

Answer: The hardcover book includes those lines. The E-book would be limited to the specific line you request, for example: Thomas Prentice.

4. "When you get new information from folks, is it added to the E-book so that the E-book is continually updated as the hardcover book could not be?"

Answer: Correct. the E-book is continuously updated, often 3-4 times a week. So, any E-book you receive will have the very latest available information about the ancestors and descendants in that line.

5. "Will my immediately family be in the E-book?"

Answer: It will be a part of the E-book if you will provide us with that information so we can add the information to the text before it is sent to you.

6. "Can I copy the document to my word-processing program, add and delete information and print out a copy for my own personal use?"

Answer: Yes.
