    Death Notice: ANNA CLAIRE PRENTICE-WILSON: Newspaper Obituary and Death Notice, Chicago Tribune (IL) - Tuesday, April 24, 2012.

    Anna Claire Prentice-Wilson, age 29, of Dublin, OH, died Thursday, April 18, 2012, after a motor scooter accident in Ohio.

    She is survived by husband, Adam R. Wilson, Columbus, OH; mother, Patricia Prentice of Chicago; father, Dr. Leo (Linda) Prentice of Darien; brother, Staff Sergeant Eugene Prentice; and nephew ,Mason of Killeen, TX; grandmother, Jeanne Mitchell of Crystal Lake; many other relatives and friends; and her much loved pets.

    She was preceded in death by grandparents, Robert and Jeanne Poblocki and John Mitchell.

    Anna was a 2001 graduate of Downers Grove South High School and 2006 graduate of The Ohio State University. She was employed by Central Ohio Gastroenterology Group. Anna was much loved by her husband Adam, family and friends and will be greatly missed.

    Per Anna's request, she was an organ donor. Cremation took place in Ohio. The family will receive friends from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. followed by a 10:30 Mass at St. Scholastica Catholic Church, Woodridge IL on Wednesday, April 25, 2012. Friends are also welcome to attend a memorial at The Shrine of Our Lady of Pompeii in Chicago on April 27 at noon.
