but he might be the Samuel Prentice shown in the 1900 census in Trenton, Oneida Co., NY,
as b. Oct 1851, NY, and 1910 census in Gloversville, Fulton Co., NY, with his wife,
Cora A., b. c. 1858, NY. He d. before the 1920 census where she appears as a widow.
She appears as a widow in the 1930 and 1940 census in Newport, Herkimer Co., NY, with
