In our Summer 2000 Prentice Newsletter we identified the following children of Hugh Prentice and his wife, Blanche Knight:

1. Irvin L. Prentice, b. c. 1902, WI. His name, Irvin, is interesting because it suggests the name of his possible grandmother, Isabella Irvin. Living in 1933. He may be the Irvin Prentice shown in the SSDI as b. 12 May 1901, obtained his SS# in WA, and d. Mar 1966 at an unspecified location.

2. Lucille T. Prentice, b. c. 1903, WI. She m. Eugene Friese.

3. Hugh N. Prentice, b. c. 1907, WI. Not mentioned as living in 1933 obit. of his father.

4. Howard L. Prentice, b. c. 1909, WI. Living in 1933. He may be the Howard Prentice shown in the SSDI as b. 1 Aug 1908, obtained his SS# in WA, and d. Oct 1969 in Snohomish, Snohomish Co. WA.

5. Walter H. Prentice, b. c. 1911, WA. Living in 1933. He is shown in the SSDI as b. 21 Dec 1910, obtained his SS# in WA, and d. Jul 1976 in Snohomish, Snohomish Co., WA.

6. Everett M. Prentice, b. 22 Aug 1913 and d. 1 Apr 2002, Snohomish, Snohomish, WA (per SSDI)

7. Gordon, M. Prentice, b. c. 1916, WA. Living in 1933. He might be the same person as the Gordon Prentice shown in the SSDI as b. 13 Mar 1916, obtained his SS# in WA, and d. Dec 1982 in Snohomish, Snohomish Co., WA.

So far we have not identified their spouses and children. We did, however, find the following Prentices listed in the SSDI as deceased in Snohomish Co., WA and who may be related to them:

1. Hannah M. Prentice, b. 24 May 1919 and d. 11 Sep 2005. Last Residence: Lynnwood, Snohomish, WA

2. Freedah M. Prentice, b. 2 Nov 1903 and d. 29 Aug 1999> Last Residence: Marysville, Snohomish, WA

3. Alex Prentice, b. 20 Sep 1892 and d. Feb 1966. Last Residence: Everett, Snohomish, WA. He is probably a nephew.

4. Daniel Prentice, b. 1 Apr 1897 and d. Aug 1974. Last Residence: Everett, Snohomish, WA. He is probably a newphew.

5. Patricia A. Prentice, b, 17 Oct 1925 and d. 1 Nov 2007. Last Residence: Everett, Snohomish, WA

6. Virginia F. Prentice, b. 30 Jan 1922 and d. 10 Feb 1996. Last Residence: Everett, Snohomish, WA

7. Margaret E. Prentice, b. 16 Oct 1918 abd d, Dec 1988. Last Residence: Snohomish, Snohomish, WA

8. Fay Prentice, b. 3 Mar 1903 and d. Oct 1986. Last Residence: Everett, Snohomish, WA

9. Eldrid Prentice, b. 13 May 1912 and d. Mar 1984. Last Residence, Snohomish, Snohomish, WA

10. Velna (Velma?) G. Prentice, b. 5 Oct 1901 and d. 30 Jan 1988. Last Residence: Snohomish, Snohomish, WA
