1. John Prentice, perhaps b. c. 1914-1919 and at a presently known location. Died before 2007. We tentatively indicate that he may have been living in Rochester Hills, MI, where his wife died in 2007. Rochester Hills lies about 26 miles north of Detroit, MI.
He m. Jane McWilliams. She was b. 16 Mar 1918, Scotland and d. 7 Jan 2007, Rochester Hills, MI. She was the dau. of John McWilliams, b. c. 1897, probably Scotland. Her obituary reads as follows:

Jane Prentice, Age 88, of Rochester Hills, January 7, 2007. Loving wife of the late John. Dear mother of John (Kathy Voyles) Prentice, James (Sharon Whitfield) Prentice and Colm (Melva) Prentice. Grandmother of Kelly (Mitchell) Polk, Geoffrey, Scott and Jennifer Prentice. Great-grandmother of Mitchell and Bridget Polk. Sister of Margaret (Thomas) Reilly, James McWilliams, May Kirin and Patrick (Cecelia) McWilliams.
Preceded in death by her brother, John (Mary) McWilliams and sister, Cathy (John) Farley. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Mass Wednesday, January 10, 2007, 10:30 a.m., with an in state of 10 a.m., at St. Andrew Catholic Church, 1400 Inglewood, Rochester.
