We found the following information in the 1920 census in Putney, Windham Co., Vt, and in Vermont Births

1. Helen Prentice, b. c. 1892, VT, with both parents b. in VT. She appears with her family in the 1920 census in Putney, Windham Co., Vermont. Not in 1930 census.

She m. Denton J Smith. He was b. 24 Sep 1887, Wilmington, Windham Co., VT, and d. 13 Mar 1977, Brattleboro, Windham Co., VT. An Ancestor Chart for him can be found at Ancestry.com . In 1914 he was the "Asst. Sup't, V. M. Co." Known children:

1. Barbara Elizabeth Smith, b. 23 Aug 1914, West Rutland, Rutland Co., VT.
2. Denton J. Smith Jr., b. c. 1915, VT. 1920 census at home in Putney, VT. Not in SSDI.
3. Helen E. Smith, b. c. 1917, VT. 1920 census at home in Putney, VT.
