1. Dell Prentice was b. Mar 1854 in Scotland. We don't know for sure if "Dell" is his full name; it may be a nickname for Delbert, Adelbert, Delmont or some other phonetic variation. We ran all those variations through the 1861 Scotland census, but without any connection.

He emigrated to America at an unknown date before 1882. He appears in the 1900 Milwaukee, Milwaukee Co., WI with his wife and family.

He m. Cecelia, b. Sep 1864 in WI. Her father was b. in WI and her mother was b. in MA. Children shown in the 1900 census:

  1. George D. Prentice, b. Sep 1882, MI. . . . . . . . . . [2]

2. George D. Prentice, b. Sep 1882, MI. He appears in the 1920 and 1930 Milwaukee, WI census with his wife and family. In 1920 and 1930 he was a Bank Cashier.

He m. Rose Burbach on 26 Jun 1912, St. Michael Church, Milwaukee, WI. She was b. c. 30 Jul 1888, Milwaukee, Milwaukee Co., WI, and d there Jan 1973. An Ancestor Chart for her can be found at Ancestry.com . Children:

  1. Lewis J. Prentice, b. 11 Apr 1913 and d. Aug 1972 at an unspecified location (per SSDI)
