Morgan Annette Prentice, 18, passed away August 28, 2013. She was an avid photographer and a 2013 graduate of Gateway Christian School.
She is survived by her parents, Greg Prentice and Tammy Prentice; sisters, Christy Crafton (Chris), Caitlyn Prentice; niece, Camryn Crafton; nephew, Caden Crafton; grandparents Herbert and Janice Sowell, Margaret Sowell, Shirley Prentice; great grandmother Olivia Sowell; aunts, Teresa Jones (Chester), Kim Sharpe, Pam Jones (Paul) and Laura Blow (Chuck) and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins and friends. Morgan was preceded in death by her grandfathers PaPaw Daniel and PaPaw Buddy Prentice and her Uncle Travis Sowell.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 31 from 5-7 p.m. and funeral service with burial to follow will be at 10 a.m. Sunday, September 1 all at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens on Germantown Road. Family and friends will gather after the funeral at the home of Herbert and Janice Sowell.
