    LOUISVILLE – Tom Prentice, 61, died Tuesday, May 13, 2014.

    He graduated from Western Kentucky University and was a member of Lamda Chi Alpha.

    He is survived by his wife, Judi Phillips Prentice; a son, Kevin; a daughter, Kelly Planck (Bill); three granddaughters, Kinsey, Maggie and Lily; his stepfather, Norris Armstrong of Danville; two sisters, Patricia Kalen (Chris) and Susan Shelvin (Ken); his brother, Todd Prentice; and many wonderful nieces and nephews.

    The family asks for contributions to be made to you favorite animal shelter.
