1. Mrs. Ann Prentice, b. c. 1922 and d. 28 May 2001, Vista, CA. Her obituary reads as follows:
- North County Times (Escondido, CA) - Thursday, May 31, 2001 : Ann Prentice, 79,
VISTA - Ann Marie Prentice, 79, died Monday, May 28, 2001, at Rancho Vista Health Center. Born Jan. 2, 1922, in Philadelphia, she lived in Philadelphia for 47 years. She was a medical technician for the state of Pennsylvania for 44 years.
Mrs. Prentice is survived by her sons, Matthew Prentice of Redondo Beach, Andrew Prentice of Oceanside and Michael Prentice of Manheim, Pa.; daughters Krista Prentice of Willowgrove, Pa., and Marguerite Collins of Dayton, Nev.; brother Donald Castelow of Houston; and seven grandchildren.
A private cremation and scattering at sea is planned. Allen Bros. Mortuary Vista is handling arrangements.
