He m. Eunice, b. c. 1827, NY, per 1860 census or b. Mar 1830, NY, per 1900 census. Children:

1. Frank E. Prentice, b. c. 1854, PA. At home in the 1860 census in Harmony, Susquehanna Co., PA. 1880 census in Harmony with his wife, Mary A., b. c. 1859, PA, with her father b. in PA and mother in NY. No children shown. He is probably the F. E. Prentice shown in the 1900 census in Lakesboro,Susquehanna Co., PA census as b. Feb 1855, with his wife,Ellie, b. Feb 1871, PA, and in the 1910 and 1920 Susquehanna Co., PA census with his wife, Mary Eunice, b. c. 1871, PA. Frank may have been deceased by the 1910 census because his wife is living with their son, Fred. and children:
   1. Harry Edwin Prentice, b. 5 Mar 1888, PA. According to the History of the Milk and Milks Family, on 12 Oct 1916 Harry married Julia "Evalyn" Woodruff, b. 17 July 1884. He was a contractor and lived in Binghamton, NY. 1940 census in Binghamton.

   3. May Prentice, b. Mar 1892, PA
   4. Frederick/Fred E. Prentice, b. c. 1902, PA. 1930 & 1940 census in Lanesboro, Susquehanna Co., PA, with his wife, Eva F. 1905, and children. He d. before 1940 as that census shows his wife as a widow.
