1. John A. Prentiss was b. 15 Aug 1950, Camden, NJ, and d. 21 Feb 2005 per the SSDI. His obituary reads as follows:

    PRENTISS, JOHN: Newspaper Obituary and Death Notice, Press of Atlantic City, The (NJ) - Thursday, February 24, 2005.

    PRENTISS, JOHN, 54 - of Washington Twp., on Monday, February 21, 2005 at Kennedy Memorial Hospital in Washington Twp. Born in Camden, he formerly lived in Vineland before moving to Washington Twp. 25 years ago.

    Mr. Prentiss was the owner and operator of Prentiss Insurance and Retirement Planning and Advanced Training Systems, LLC both in Berlin. He was an avid reader, enjoyed golfing, but most of all enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.

    Beloved husband for 32 years of Beverly (nee Mole). Devoted father of Jenifer Castagna and her husband Frank of Sewell, and Megan Hevelow and her husband Christian of Newark, DE. Loving grandfather of Nicholas, Andrew, Jonathan, Zachary and Riley.

    Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Thursday eve. from 7:00-9:00 PM and Friday 10:00-11:00 AM at the Farnelli Funeral Home, 504 N. Main Street, Williamstown, where Pastor Garry "Buz" Offenbacker will conduct a service at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park, Hurffville.

  1. Jenifer Prentiss. She m. Frank Castagna and in 2005 lived in Sewell, NJ,
  2. Megan Prentiss. She m. Christian Hevelow and in 2005 lived in Newark, DE.
