1. David Prentice was b. c. 1873. Ellis Island records show his birth place as "Glasgow, England" but that may be an error and perhaps should be Glasgow, Scotland.
He does not appear in the 1881, 1891 or 1901 census in either Scotland or England. Neither does any Prentice appear in the 1901 census in Warrington,England, the location from which he emigrated in 1912.
In early 1912 he departed his residence in Warrington, England and left Liverpool aboard the "Campania", arriving on NY on 24 Mar 1912. His destination was New York City, NY.
He does not appear in the 1920 or 1930 census.
He was described as married, 5' 8", dark complexion, dark hair and dark eyes. No wife was shown accompanying him.
