Frederick G. Prentice was b. in London, England, c. 1887. He may, or may not, be the Fred Prentice shown in the SSDI as b. 21 Jul 1886, who obtained his SS# in MI, and who d. c. May 1974 in Columbus, Saint Clair Co., MI.
He m. Lucy who was b. c. 1888 in London. In 1914 they emigrated to the United States, probably via Philadelphia, PA. They appear in the 1920 Birmingham, Oakland Co., MI census but not in the 1930 census.Children (per 1920 census):
- Violet Prentice, b. c. 1912, London.
- Jennie Prentice, b. c. 1913, London.
- Norman Prentice, b. c. 1915, MI. He may, or may not, be the Norman F. Prentice shown in the SSDI as b. 28 Sep 1914, who obtained his SS# in MI, and who d. 5 Mar 2005 in Rocheser, Oakland Co., MI.
- Kathleen Prentice, b. c. 1916, MI.
