Worcester, GEORGE the Third, by the Grace of GOD, of Great-Britain
France, and Ireland, KING, Defender of the Faith, &c.

To Nathaniel Sartell Prentice of Grafton in the Cou-
nty of Worcester Innholder[?]        Greeting.
We Command you that you Appear at Our next Interior Court of Common Pleas
to be holden at Worcester, within and for Our said County of Worcester,
on the first Tuesday of September next: Then and there to Answer unto

John Prentice aforesaid of Grafton Gentleman for not
paying twenty pounds, Eleven Shillings and four pence
according to your Note dated April 16: 1770

Which Plea the said Nathaniel hath commenced against you to be
heard and tried at the said Court; and your Goods or Estate are attached to the Value of
thirty Pounds, being for Security to satisfy the Judgment which the said
Nathaniel may recover upon the aforesaid Trial. Fail not of Appearance
at your Peril. Witness  Tim Buggles  Esq; at Worcester, the 12th
Day of August in the 12d[?]  Year of Our Reign, Annoque Domini, 1774
