There is a Hockey player down here in corpus with the Name Ryan Prentice and ryan and i wonder if we are related some how. I dont think i have seen another Prentice besides Ryan that i isnt family. I just completed a book titled To Heaven on Horseback: The Romantic Story of Narcissa Whitman by Paul Cranston. I ran across this book while closing my late aunt's condo in California. I have understood over the years that Narcissa Whitman was married to one of my relative, Marcus Whitman. I first ran across part of the history of Narcissa and her husband in the book Sacajawea by Anna Lee Waldo. Interesting that my grandfather's name was Marcus H. Whitman who lived in Groton, New York. Hi, since my maiden name is Kilcup, I noticed the Mary Kilcup on the site. We are the Kilcup's from Nova Scotia who are descendants of WIlliam Kilcup who came over from England and settled in New England colonies. around 1600's. I believe it was his grandson or great grandson, was the only one to come to Nova Scotia, therefore we are that branch.
