1. Rebecca R. Prentice of Three Wells Co., IN, had the misfortune to die in a car accident. The newpaper article about the accident reads as follows:

    Rebecca R. Prentice, Paul E. Penrod and Karen S. Smith: Driver enters guilty plea in 3-fatality crash A New Haven man pleaded guilty this week to driving intoxicated in April and causing the death of three Wells County residents.

    Anthony W. Dager Dager, 26, was driving on Ind. 1 north of 1100N April 4, 2015 when he struck a vehicle driven by Rebecca R. Prentice. She and her two passengers, Paul E. Penrod and Karen S. Smith, all died from injuries sustained in the crash.

    Dager faces between two and 12 years on each count. He will be sentenced the afternoon of Aug. 6 , 2015 in Wells Circuit Court on three counts of causing death when operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol level of.15 or more, Level 4 felonies.

    Pursuant to the pleas, Judge (Kent) Kiracofe will have full discretion to impose any sentence he deems appropriate, including whether or not Dager will serve each count consecutively or concurrently with each other," according to a press release issued by the Wells County Prosecutor's Officer. "Dager could receive a sentence anywhere between two and 36 years."
