Who are the Parents of David L. Prentice?

There is a chance that David L. Prentice might be the David Lewis Prentice shown in Chicago, IL, 1917-1918 WWI Draft Cards and the SSDI as b. 12 Sep 1900 and d. 1 Jun 1991 in IL, at the age of 91 years. However, that would have made him 19 years older than Lorraine who was b. in 1919.
