He m. Carol Agnes Swartz she was b. c. 1934, Binghamton, NY, and d. 14 Feb 2002 in Savannah, Georgia. Her obituary reads as follows:

    Savannah Morning News February 17, 2002: Carol Agnes Swartz Prentice.

    Carol Agnes Swartz Prentice, 68, died Thursday evening, Feb. 14 at Hospice Savannah. Born in Binghamton, NY, she was a daughter of the late Clyde Robert Swartz and Doris Agnes Decker Swartz. She attended Asbury Memorial United Methodist Church and was a homemaker.

    Survivors: daughters, Karen L. Prentice of Savannah, Patricia Ann Prentice of Walton, NY and Melissa Lynn Bacarella of Eagar, AZ; son, Lee Gary Prentice of Savannah; sister, Joan Lauterbach of Waddington, NY and grandchildren, Sarah Emily Prentice, Joshua Franklin Prentice and Mark Steven Davis.

    Visitation: 6:00-7:00 p. m. Monday at Asbury Memorial United Methodist Church. Memorial Service: 7:00 p. m. Monday in Asbury Memorial United Methodist Church conducted by The Reverend William G. Hester. Burial will be private. Remembrances: Your time or support in her memory to Hospice Savannah, P. O. Box 13190, Savannah, GA 31416. Sipple Mortuary Funeral Directors Savannah.

  2. Patricia Ann Prentice, 2002 in Walton, NY.
