1. (Unknown) Prentis was likely b. c. 1890-1896, perhaps NY where his wife was born, or perhaps in, or near, New London, CT where his children were living in 1940. He was living in New London in 1918 and 1921 where his children were born. He does not appear in any census record.
He m. Lillian J., b. c. 1896, NY, and they were later divorced per the 1940 census. Children per 1940 New London, New London Co., CT, census:
