1. Jack Lee Prentice Since Tina Prentice, #2 below, died in Martinsville, VA, he may be the Jack Lee Prentice, who d. 25 Oct 2000 in Martinsville, age 63 (b. c. 1937), Funeral service 11 a.m. Friday, October 27 at Roselawn Chapel Funeral Home.
He m. Rita Akerley. They had 2 or more children, including:
- Glen Prentice and Analie DuPlessis of Bristol, CT.

Tina (Prentice) Mackiewicz, 39, of Martinsville, Va., formerly of Bristol, died Tuesday, May 13, 2014, in Roanoke, Va. She was born April 4, 1975, in Bristol, and was a daughter of Rita (Akerley) Prentice of Bristol and the late Jack Lee Prentice. She was a graduate of BCHS class of 1993.
Besides her mother, she leaves two sons, Darian Singleton and Derrick Mackiewicz, both of Bristol; a brother and sister-in-law, Glen and Analie DuPlessis of Bristol; a niece, Danielle DuPlessis of Bristol; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
