1. Frank Prentice was b. c. 1859 in New York. He appears in the 1930 census in Huntington Park, Los Angeles Co., California, with his wife and family. 1940 in San Antonio, Los Angeles Co., CA.

He m., as her 2nd husband, Grace who was b. c. 1884 in NY. She had, from a prior marriage, the following children:

  1. Myrtle Oakden, b. c. 1818 in Utah. 1930. She m. Mr. Chambers and in 1940 was living, without her husband, with Frank and Grace and with a son:
    1. Robert Chambers, b. c. 1939 at an unknown location. 1940 at home.

  2. Alvin Oakden, b. c. 1920, UT. 1930, 1940 at home.

Also living with them in 1930 was William Besse, called Frank's uncle, who was b. c. 1874 in Maine.

Who are Frank Prentice's Parents?

There are multiple Frank Prentices in earlier census records so we cannot yet identify his parents. Investigation is continuing.
