He m. Marion Derby, also b. in Connecticut. She is likely the Marion D. Prentice who appears in the SSDI as b. 16 Mar 1925, obtained her SS# in CT, and d. 19 Aug 2009 in Pownal, Bennington Co., VT, where her son, Robert was living at the time of his 1988 marriage.
Harry and Marion had 1 or more children, including:
- Robert G. Prentice, b. 19 Jul 1948. In 1988, at the time of his marriage, Robert's address was PO Box 348, Pownal, Bennington Co., VT. He m. Dolores J.
