Who are William B. Prentice's Parents?

Since William was b. in 1916, we reviewed the 1920 and 1930 census to see if he was listed with his parents. There was no listing in either the 1920 or 1930 census. We tried a search on those records for any birth or residence in Paterson, NJ, with negative results.

Investigation is continuing.
