1. Robert Prentice was b. c. 1816 in Lanarkshire, Scotland. He appears in the 1841 census living at Rosebank, Culter, Lanarkshire, with his family.

He m. Elisabeth, b. c. 1816, Lanarkshire. Children:

  1. Robert Prentice, b. c. 1836, Lanarkshire. At home in Culter in 1841.
  2. Margaret Prentice, b. c. 1838, Lanarkshire. At home in Culter in 1841.
  3. Agnes Prentice, b. c. 1840, Lanarkshire. At home in Culter in 1841.

Who are Robert Prentice's Parents

Although further investigation is needed for confirmation, Robert may be the son of Robert Prentice, b. c. 1776, Lanarkshire, Occupation Hosier, who appears in the 1841 Rosebank, Coulter, census with his wife, Agnes, b. c. 1786, Lanarkshire.
