In searching the LDS Ancestral File ("AF"), we found a family tree submitted by Mark McGowan, Lot 8, Colwell Crescent, Wolffdene, Queensland 4207, Australia. To that, we have added information which we located in Ancestry.com ("AC"). Where there is a conflict between the sources, we have provided the information from both sources.
1. Joseph Arthur Prentice was b. c. 1838 (AF) and is called "of Lubeck, Victoria, Australia." In AC he is said to have been born in Drysdale, Victoria, Australia.
He m. either Bertha Heubnor/Heubner, b. c. 1842/1851 (AF) or Bertha Heaver, born at an unspecified date in Adelaide, South Australia (AC). She d. 1916 in Donald, Victoria, Australia. Children per Ancestry.com :
- Emily Prentice, b. c. 1864, and called of Lubeck (AF). She may be the same person Alice Emily Prentice, b. 1878 in Murtoa, Victoria (AC).
- Elizabeth Prentice, b. c. 1866 and called of Lubeck (AF). She may be the same person as Elizabeth jane Prentice, b. 1881, Murtoa, Victoria (AC)
- Grace Prentice, b. c. 1868 and called of Lubeck (AF). She may be the same person as Grace Prentice,
b. 1891, Lubeck, and d. 1963 in Ballarat, Victoria (AC). She m. Thomas Augustine Finn in 1917
in Clunes, Victoria. He was b. 1884 in Donald, Victoria (AC). They had 1 or more children, including:

He was b. 1867 in Ballarat, Victoria, Australia, and d. 1952, Ballarat. He was the son of John Edward Mortimer and Elizabeth Quick. An Ancestor Chart can be found for him at Ancestry.com . Children:

Children:
