While reviewing the 1850 Nauvoo, Hancock Co., IL census we noticed a Frederick R. Prentiss was born c. 1815 in NY. The Illinois Marriage Index identifies his wife as Lucy Ann Kirk who he married on 7 Dec 1843 in McDonough Co., IL. Their children are:
