She was the dau. of Sheldon Richardson and Sarah Maria Waller. Ancestor Charts for Emma can be found at Ancestry.com . Children:

Howard Prentice, b. c. 1867-68, CA with his father b. in IN and his mother in Canada (per 1900 census) He appears in the 1870 census in Grass Valley, Nevada Co., CA with Sarah Richardson, b. c. 1820, KY. She is probably his grandmother. He appears in the 1900 census with his wife in the home of George C. Hickox (b. c. 1831, OH) and Georgie C. (b. c. 1845, France) where he is called a son in law. Georgie may have had an earlier marriage to a Mr. Charlot.

    2. Waller J. Prentice, b. c. 4 Sep 1895, CA, and d. 6 Dec 1966. He was a Sgt. in the US Army in WW I. Bur. at Sec. 2C, Site 19, Golden Gate Natl. Cem., San Bruno, CA. He was living at home in Alameda Co., CA in the 1920 and census. The SSDI shows he d. Dec 1966 in CA. In 1930 census living in Oakland, Alameda Co., CA with his wife, Marie, b. c. 1901, CA, and children:
      1. Waller J. Prentice Jr., b. c. 1925, CA
      2. Robert E. Prentice, b. 22 Jul 1928, CA and d. 15 May 1998, Livermore, Alameda, CA (per census and SSDI).
    3. Osra/Ozosa Prentice, b. c. 1896, CA. At home in Alameda, Alameda Co., CA, in 1900 census.
