  1. Pearl Prentice, b. Sep 1883, NY (male). He may be the Purl Prentice shown in the 1910 census in Syracuse Ward 15, Onondaga Co., NY, as single, b. c. 1882, NY. He might be the Purl C. Prentice, b. c. 1883-4, NY who appears in the 1920 Onondaga Co., NY census with his wife, Mayna M., b. c. 1899, NY. They are living in the home of Edmon Black Schwrtz and he is called Purl's father in law. Purl appears in the 1930 census in Saline, Onondaga Co., NY as a Boarder, married, but no wife is shown. Not in SSDI.

  2. Arthur Prentice, b. Mar 1885, NY. Not in 1910 census. He appears in the 1920 Syracuse, Onondaga Co., NY census indexed as E. Arthur Puntson) living with his sister, Lena, below. Not in 1930 census. Not in SSDI.

  3. Carrie Prentice, b. Dec 1887, NY.
  4. Francis Prentice, b. Nov 1888, NY. (male). Not in 1910 census. Not in SSDI.

  5. Ethel/Ethal Prentice, b. Aug 1889, NY.

  6. Lena Prentice, b. Dec 1890. NY. She appears in the 1920 census in Syracuse, Onondaga Co., NY as Lena Johnson, but without her husband or children, and living with her brother, Arthur.

  7. Elizabeth/Lizzie Prentice, b. Nov 1892, NY.

As noted in the 1900 census, both of William's parents were b. in NY. It is unlikely that William is a son of Milton Emery Prentice who was b. in Canastota Village about 1835-40 since Milton's father, Alvin, was b. in VT. Milton is EDB 28154 in our Prentice Database.
