| Description: | Written records that go back to 1749. It also has some incredible woodcuts depicting bible stories. It would appear that this bible was owned by Capt. Henry Prentiss (Binney #54), son of Joshua (#21) and Mary. It has birth and death dates (and other notes) for Henry, Ruth, Elizabeth, and Susan (Sukey). Based on a burn on the cover it looks like it went through a fire.
